• Use a soft micro-fiber cloth to clean the jewellery.
• Use a jewellery brush and lukewarm soapy water to clean hard to reach areas. Ensure no residue is left on the jewellery.
• Dry the jewellery with a soft clean micro-fiber towel. Once the jewellery is dry, it is ready to be stored or worn again

Certification is provided with every emerald we sell. We work with reputed International laboratories in the likes of Gübelin, SSEF, GIA, WGA and SGL to certify our emeralds.

All fine jewellery (not bespoke high jewellery) can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure that your items are returned new and unused, along with all packaging material.
