WHERE DO WE SHIP TO

We ship worldwide through FedEx.

DUTIES AND TAXES

All European countries and United Kingdom are shipped on duty paid basis, you don’t have to pay any additional duties on receipt of your order.

All product prices displayed for other destinations are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, please be aware that you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country your product is being shipped to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We will assist you on what this amount will be for your destination. Prior to dispatching we will always seek your confirmation by email prior to dispatching an order where duty needs to be paid. Please look out for an email from us to ensure you order is dispatched on time.

DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS

Shipping is free for all orders.

Each fine jewellery piece is bespoke made for our customers. Once we receive your order our workshop will take 3 weeks to handcraft your piece.

When your piece is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email notification with estimated delivery time and tracking details.

Returns

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All fine jewellery (not bespoke high jewellery) can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure that your items are returned new and unused, along with all packaging material. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. Please contact us at info@houseofmeraki.com to schedule a return, you will be responsible for shipping costs.

REPAIRS

We will repair any design purchased through houseofmeraki.com.

Please contact us for repair authorisation at info@houseofmeraki.com No repairs will be accepted without prior return authorisation. The customer is responsible for all necessary fees required for the repair.

For your protection, please pack your repair in the original box (or similar), return your item with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS) & retain your receipt. House of Meraki is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your authorisation number, name, contact details and a brief description of what needs to be done upon receipt. Please allow 2 weeks for your repair to be completed and shipped back to you. We will send you an email with tracking information on the day it ships from our studio.

We may not be able to repair older pieces if components needed to repair them are unavailable.
